Parking: There is a free parking lot provided in the back of the building.

Accessibility: I am currently not handicap accessible as I am on the 3rd floor (I apologize for any inconvenience).

Payments: Cash is preferred. All e-payments are subject to processing fees.

 

POLICY

(Booking any appointments means you agree to the following policies)

 

Retainer Fees Required - Retainer fees go towards your day-of total. All retainer fees are non-refundable & non-transferable to a new date or appt time no matter how soon after an appointment is made, so please do not leave a retainer fee until you are sure of your services, date, time, & location. We are not accepting walk-ins at this time.

Cancellations & No Shows - To cancel your appointment, please email Info@MomentsBySam.com. Cancelled appointments will not receive retainer fee refunds or be able to transfer their retainer fee to another appointment date/time. Any "no call no shows" will not be allowed to rebook.

Confirmation Texts- Confirmation texts are sent out 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please be sure to confirm your appointment when you receive your text. Appointments that are not confirmed by the day before are subject to cancellation with no retainer fee returned.

 

Extra Guest Policy- If you are coming in-studio, only 1 extra guest is permitted. Your guest is limited to the waiting area only & is not to enter the working floor around the artist. We do not allow any children in-studio. We do reserve the right to turn away more than 1 guest as well as children as guests and refuse services.

Late Arrival- Accommodated late appointments will still end at the originally scheduled appointment time, and no refunds will be issued for services that cannot be completed due to late arrival. Any appointments later than 20 minutes may result in a cancellation with no retainer fee returned (at my discretion).

 

Studio Access- The studio may not be used as a gathering, preparation, or photography space, and clients/guests must depart promptly upon completion of services. We reserve the right to refuse entry to additional guests or terminate services without refund if this policy is not respected.

 

Appointment Time- Appointment times are reserved based on the service selected at booking. To respect the schedules of all clients, additional changes or requests that extend beyond the scheduled appointment time may not be accommodated, and services may be concluded at the scheduled appointment end time.

 

Come Barefaced- Clients are required to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Any time spent removing existing makeup will be deducted from the scheduled appointment time and may reduce the time available for services.

 

Allergies- If you have ANY allergies (food, ingredients, animals) please let us know prior to your appointment. Please detail any allergies in the notes section when booking your appointment, or send us an email. Unfortunately, certain allergies may not be able to be accommodated.

Health & Safety- We reserve the right to turn away clients with visible or communicable skin or eye conditions that may pose a health risk to others. This includes, but is not limited to: styes, conjunctivitis (pink eye), open sores, cold sores in active outbreak, contagious rashes, fungal infections, or any condition of that nature. If a client arrives with a condition deemed to be contagious or unsafe to work on, services will not be rendered, and no refunds will be issued.

Out Of Hours/Holidays Fees- Any appointments made out of hours will incur a $50 out of hours fee. To make a before/after hours appointment or request an appointment you don't see available online, please send us an email. Appointments made on national holidays will incur a $50 holiday fee.

 

You're on camera!- Please note that all of my sessions are recorded through a security camera at all times. If you must change clothing at my studio, please do so in the bathroom for your comfort and privacy.
